Should be removed from this site immediatley

This individual appears to be a ghoulish and judgmental person, and there are allegations suggesting he may be a sexual predator. This information can be easily found with a simple Google search. Avvo, either by turning a blind eye to his past dealings or not properly vetting him, really puts its own... credibility into question. Given all this, it’s almost certain that most, if not all, of this person’s five-star reviews, which make up 99.9% of the total, are completely bogus or bot-generated. Over twenty thousand legal answers contributed to this site? Give me a break. You may fool most people, but you aren’t fooling me. Here’s to what I hope is your downfall. Good riddance.

I'm sorry if you didn't like an answer I gave. Beyond that, it's impossible to respond to your post without any reference to the actual question. You refer to some allegations that were made against me about 8 years ago that were made public. They were fully investigated, nothing was ever charged, and the matter was closed completely. However, the closing of any investigation is never made as public as the initial allegations. That's one big problem with our news media: the allegations make exciting news and fodder for gossip, but the truth of dismissal rarely gets brought out. Regarding my credibility as an attorney, that is always in question, either for me or anyone else. You, or anyone looking for legal counsel, should always be critical of the advice you receive and don't blindly accept anything you hear or read. I believe that most of what I read on Avvo.com seems to be pretty good advice, but I have the benefit of having been to law school and working in the field for years. The best you can do is get multiple opinions, read the responses of more than one lawyer, and look for comments and agreements from other attorneys.

while protecting my sons identity, I was judged on this.

when answering my question, instead of leaving out your personal opinion or considering that i was concealing his Identity due to being 11 years old, you told me i shouldn't use they when referring to my child. Nonbinary is considered a gender in most states as well as KY where i reside. also suggest...ing that i should keep an eye on my child instead of understanding that he has autism and was previously not diagnosed or suspected of this so this was not a unruly child or my poor parenting. He had a mental break at random and took off running and would not stop. Please do not judge just based of the inital question and actually reach out if you want to judge me as a parent. i left work and came home to help center him back to being calm

I wasn't judging anyone. I gave you my opinion of the legal outcome of your question. I am sorry if the legal answer is not what you would have wished, but it serves no purpose to offer a positive response if I don't believe that would be the outcome.

Helped me not be afraid of potential lawsuit.

Was afraid I was going to owe money due to a very vaguely worded employment contract. I didn't end up owing but receiving an assuring comment was helpful to me.

Very Knowledgeable

Mr. Rozmiarek is one of the best lawyers I have ever discussed a case with. Very confident and ruthless attorney but caring towards his clients. Highly recommend 100%
