Rude and never answered my question.

Ok, so their whole response was about me taking action about it which I never once said I wanted to and specifically said "JUST CURIOUS if this is legal". They should also focus on the actual question I asked (which you never answered) instead of something else you thought of an answer to. Also, they... really compared a driver's license with a random sheet of plastic that you can copy with a 20$ machine. Also, condescending and rude.

I am sorry that you were disappointed with my answer to your question. I think you missed the point of what I said. Please review it again and you will see that I did, in fact, answer your question. I just don't believe that you got the answer you were looking for.

Thank you

Your competence and experience are beyond doubt. I thank you for providing free consultations. Not everyone understands that you provide unbiased answers. Your patience is enviable when someone leaves you a less than positive review. I want you to know that there are also people who are grateful to y...ou.

Great help

Attorney's experience and expertise make consultation instructional for me to proceed.

Terrible advice

I posted a question and he answered it by saying I shouldn’t seek out advice from strangers on the Internet; ie attorneys on this site! Said I should ask my lawyer. I’m obviously on here looking for a second opinion and to possibly hire a different lawyer! I guess he doesn’t want any new clients. He’...s not even in the right area of expertise for my case. Ridiculous.

You're right - I don't want any new clients, and I'm not looking for any on this site. I'm doing this for free, to try to help people who have questions. And while you're certainly entitled to a second opinion if you want one, it would be a very bad idea to take advice about pleading in a criminal case from a website like this one. This site exists to answer people's general questions about legal issues or to get some advice about how to start dealing with a legal problem. No reputable attorney should even try to answer your question, "Should I plead or go to trial?" without spending time with you, examining all the evidence, and negotiating with the prosecutor involved. So I'm sorry if you didn't appreciate my answer, and maybe I could have worded it differently, but I stand by it in saying that if you don't trust the advice that your court-appointed attorney has given you, then perhaps you should hire a new attorney; but you should not be taking advice from people who read a summary of your case for 30 seconds and then give you an answer. Your criminal record is more important than that.

Bad review

Edward J Rozmiarek won't let me sue my teacher for not letting me drink water. In the nicest way possible I think you should fire him.

I think this one speaks for itself. I'm not too worried.
