I like how Matthew Sossi tells you how much a phase of the legal battle will cost, charge you for it, and will not ask for more money until that phase is completed. He does not nickle and dime you. Matthew is also honest with you in regards to estimating whether or not you can win a particular argument. I think he leans toward caution on whether or not you can win a judgement. He wants you to know that there is a factor of the unknown regarding what the various judges will decide. Regarding my own court battle, I can say that when faced with a judge against my former spouse and her attorney, Matthew Sossi won 3 of the 4 decisions up for deliberation. The other attorney spoke more, but Matthew stuck to the important points that were a factor in the debate, and resulted in decisions in my favor. He turned his back on me after I paid Him $7000 to take care of my divorce case , I had the upper hand first , then by him making a lot of mistakes and not returning my calls I lost everything because of him , after he told me to trust him at first , I got screwed by him ,he had too many cases to han...dle,one man operation he is No good ,he is weak be careful , I know few clients of him turn'd him to the Attorney bar for complaints , and I am going to be next to do that .

Was represented by Matt sossi he does not keep you informed he will not show up to court prepared with all documentation needed, he will postpone and postpone your case and in the end he will rush thru the whole court experience and in the end you will feel like he did not do much and will have to hi...re another attorney. I would highly not recommend this lawyer thank you.

Mr. Sossi represented me in a divorce against a husband who was verbally abusive and who was cheating on me. Mr. Sossi won me sole custody of my child and most of the property from our marriage. He is very professional but is very tough in Court. I hopefully wont need his services again as I am ha...ppily on my second marriage.
