Construction Litigation

We had a signed written contract for a fixed amount in which he failed to provide us a copy of thereby overcharging us by approximately $8,000. He then withheld critical documentation at trial and failed to provide this documentation for the judge to make an honest ruling. He never informed us rega...rding our financial settlement, he made all the choices with absolutely no discussion at all. He failed to provide our witnesses to win our case.

Roofing Defect Dispute

Mr. King did an outstanding job in settling our dispute with a roofing company. He exceeded our expectations in settling in a timely manner. The settlement was enough to cover all the expenses incurred in getting the roof totally redone. I would highly recommend Mr. King.
