I got pulled over and charged with "criminal speeding" in Mesa. I can't tell you how mad this made me. I was going to lose my job because I have a CDL,. If I was convicted of this ticket I would be in a world of hurt. Mr. Hogle did a fantastic job and tore the mesa cop apart, and had him backpedalin...g almost the whole time. I did talk to 3 other attorneys before I hired Mr. Hogle, and he was the most expensive but, I could tell that he wouldn't just take my money and not care about the outcome. Taking a chance of hiring an ok attorney was a risk my family couldn't afford.

My assigned public defender did do a thing, but tell me the offer from the prosecutor was the best i will ever get when I got into trouble with my DUI I got in Mesa! 6 years ! I worked with Dana and Nate, so this review is for both of them. I was arrested in Mesa, and was referred to The Hogle Firm. I was my first offense / charge, and I felt that I was tricked, forced and words twisted while being questioned by the Mesa Police Dept. I was not in the right state of mind... with their intemmidation tactics. I was very scared and already had anxiety, which my doctors know about. The car I was driving wasn't mine, and I was taking a friend to work. I didn't know that this friend of mine had drugs on them.
