flushing money down the toilet

Dana is like hiring a second prosecutor, never returns calls and gets less done than you can do yourself. I suspect he was a prosecutor in mesa municipal court turned lawyer, and still has an allegiance to the court. Get a real lawyer or defend yourself is my advice.

Assault Dismissed

I had the pleasure of working with Mr Hogle with my recent charge of assault. What was nothing more than an argument turned into an assault with domestic violence charge thanks to the Mesa police. Mr. Hogle was able to get my case dismissed.

Best Attorney in Arizona

Mr Hogle was very helpful in representing my son. It could of been a lot worse if I hadn't gotten an attorney for him. His staff was very helpful also. I would recommend this office to anyone that needs a criminal defense attorney. Thanks again to Mr. Hogle and staff.

Great attorney with great advice

I met with a lot of attorneys before finally deciding to hire Dana. From the first time I met him at his office for a consultation about my DUI case I could tell that he not only was knowledgeable but yet was honest. So many Of the attorneys I did meet with it seemed only wanted my money and didn't p...articularly care about my case. Dana was straight with me let me know that it was going to be a battle, being that this was my third DUI. I appreciated that, where everyone else was was telling me it wasn't that big of a deal and to just make payments with him to get my case started.

Won my drug possession case

Dana was able to use his knowledge and experience to win my drive possession case last month. Before I hired Dana Hogle I didn't know what I was going to do, and I left my life falling apart. I borrowed a car from a friend and was pulled over. I had no clue there were drugs in the car. How could ...I have know that. But the cops are more interested in arresting people than they are finding what is really happening. Once Dana took over I started to feel like I would get my life back.
