Would give no stars if I could
Never returns call, never responds to emails, not aggressive all all, does not apply logic to situations and will call you asking for more money after you have exceeded your retainer with no notice. Frustrated client!
Unfair to take retainer fee and not complete case. This attorney was hired to assist myself as a client and has failed to uphold what he claims he could do. I am sorry that you were dissapointed. I pride myself in helping clients and providing representation with low initial fee retainers. However, in a highly contested case, after a client's initial retainer is used up, a client will receive a bill, which the attorney will expect to be paid. A client need to replenish their retainer for continued representation. An attorney cannot be expected to continue representation when they are not being paid. Your attorney has to be paid for legal work just like anyone would expect to be paid for work they do. I pride myself in helping my clients resolve their cases efficiently and proficiently. Most cases resolve relatively quickly. I hope this clarifies any confusion and I look forward to discussing your case.
