Nothing but the best for my daughter

My teenage daughter was involved in an accident and cited for Negligent Driving, 2nd Degree. We contacted the Law Offices of Jason S Newcombe for advice and possible representation in challenging the ticket. My job would not allow meeting in person so everything had to be done over the phone and thro...ugh email. The process was fast and the representation was outstanding. We were assigned Timothy Arnold as counsel and he represented us at the hearing without us having to be present. Mr Arnold argued our case and persuaded the judge to dismiss the ticket in its entirety. We do not have to stress about my daughter's driving record, increased insurance rates, or the fines and court costs. If you want great representation, go with these guys. They will do right by you.

The Best of the Best

Highly recommend The Law Offices of Jason S. Newcombe. Mr. Newcombe assisted me with an "hit and run attended". From the very beginning Mr. Newcombe was honest and basically prepared me for the worse case scenario. In the end my case was dismissed after battling this for almost a year. They were very... attentive to my needs and concerns and was diligent in making sure the outcome was in my favor. I was so impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

Our family is grateful...

I seldom write reviews, but in this case I feel the need to put in a good word. This spring, my 16 year old son received two speeding tickets. Nothing reckless, just inattentiveness and inexperience. Unfortunately, with an intermediate driver's license, this means an automatic six month suspen...sion of his driving privileges. Ordinarily, this would be no more than an inconvenience, and probably a good lesson. Unfortunately, in my son's case the consequence of a license suspension would have had a very severe impact on his future. He was scheduled to begin Junior College in September, and we live in a very rural area, with no public transportation. Loss of his license would have made it impossible to attend classes, either at Junior College, or at his regular High School. My son is a very conscientious "A" student, and the prospect of his being unable to attend school threw the whole family into a panic. An online search brought me to the office of Attorney Jason Newcombe. From my first call to his office, we were made to feel that we were in competent hands. Every e-mail and call we made was handled promptly and professionally, and we were always made to feel that we were working with someone who really cared about us. Attorney Newcombe was able to arrange for my son's citation to be deferred upon completion of an on-line driving course. Needless to say, he has earned great gratitude and respect from our family. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Although being represented by Atty. Newcomb has been a pleasure, I'm hoping I won't be needing his services again. But, with three sons aged 16, 18 and 19, I think I'll keep his number handy, just in case...

Highly recommend Jason Newcombe and his team.

After being falsely arrested and charged for domestic violence, my wife I contacted and hired Jason Newcombe as my attorney. Right from the beginning Jason was upfront about the uphill climb we would have to prove my innocence but assured me he would do everything possible to get my case resolved wi...th a positive outcome. Jason and his team (especially attorney Nathan Julius) worked relentlessly for several months dealing with multiple prosecutors trying to get my case dismissed. The prosecutors wouldn't budge and only offered a friendship devertion, which we declined and my case was set to go to trial. Jason and Nathan continued to fight for me and a week before my trial the prosecutor decided to drop the charges. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Jason and Nathan and we highly recommend Jason Newcombe's law offices. Honest, caring and hard working for their clients

I cannot thank Mr. Newcombe enough ...

I cannot thank Mr. Newcombe and his staff enough. He did an incredible job with my cases. I was falsely charged with violating a restraining order that resulted from a bitter divorce. I had cases in two different courts. I was scared and confused. It thought that if you were really innocent, the... truth would come out. Turns out, however, it doesn't really work like that, and lots of innocent people get convicted every year. Thank goodness I found Mr. Newcombe. He believed in me and really fought hard to protect me and to try and clear my name. And, I am absolutely thrilled with the results he achieved, both cases are being dismissed. I cannot thank or recommend him enough. This guy cares about his clients and he gets results. What more could you want from a lawyer?
