Excellent Team

The Law Offices of Jason Newcombe came highly recommended through the Employee Assistance Program for my DUI. The Best of the Best

Highly recommend The Law Offices of Jason S. Newcombe. Mr. Newcombe assisted me with an "hit and run attended". From the very beginning Mr. Newcombe was honest and basically prepared me for the worse case scenario. In the end my case was dismissed after battling this for almost a year. They were very... attentive to my needs and concerns and was diligent in making sure the outcome was in my favor. I was so impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Lawyer

I had received a ticket to which I did not feel it would be honest if I pled guilty. I requested discovery and was even more confused. Yes, I knew how to read the discovery, but it still seemed a little off from what I had experienced prior to the traffic stop. So I contacted Jason's office for ad...vice. After considering the advise, I hired them. It was the best decision I ever made. First, I plead not guilty (something my conscience could live with) and second, it took the pressure off of me to defend myself and third after some back and forth with the prosecutors, Jason was able to get my case dismissed. That is not something I could have achieved on my own or even thought possible. Jason is very competent in his understanding of laws that the average person (such as myself) does not know. I received the best possible outcome and would recommend him to anyone and everyone. I would use Jason again....but hope that never happens and all I will have the pleasure of doing is passing his contact information forward. I found Jason through other means, not through this site, but you are now lucky to have found a top notch lawyer.

BEST THERE IS!

I have used Jason for the past couple of years on speeding tickets etc, my family has used him for 10+ years. He has gotten multiple dui's down for my brother and has helped me with a charge I thought that I was screwed! But he never shorts anybody out. He stands with you till the end and I will neve...r choose anybody else!!! Thank you for everything Jason!

Saved My Life

If you are looking for a great lawyer on a DUI offense then look no further... Almost a year-and-a-half ago I find myself and a pretty serious amount of trouble. I just received my fourth DUI and really did not know where to turn. Luckily we came across Jason and his Law Firm. He was able to take my ...case and put me on a path for success in life. I feel as though Jason went above and beyond to help me through the whole process and to ease my family's concerns. I could not recommend a better person for the predicament I was in.
