Outstanding work from an outstanding lawyer

I cannot say enough for how exceptional of a job Mr. Newcombe did as my lawyer. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even when the odds seemed stacked against me in my case, it was ultimately dismissed with prejudice (a complete dismissal). I highly recommend him to anyone, and k...now with certainty I will call him again if I am ever in any other legal trouble.

Traffic Ticket

Hired Jason's office to help with a traffic ticket I received. They were fast to respond and very easy to work with. They took care of the ticket and got it dismissed (special thanks to Tim Arnold, the attorney that worked my case). I would definitely recommend!

Our family is grateful...

I seldom write reviews, but in this case I feel the need to put in a good word. This spring, my 16 year old son received two speeding tickets. Nothing reckless, just inattentiveness and inexperience. Unfortunately, with an intermediate driver's license, this means an automatic six month suspen...sion of his driving privileges. Ordinarily, this would be no more than an inconvenience, and probably a good lesson. Unfortunately, in my son's case the consequence of a license suspension would have had a very severe impact on his future. He was scheduled to begin Junior College in September, and we live in a very rural area, with no public transportation. Loss of his license would have made it impossible to attend classes, either at Junior College, or at his regular High School. My son is a very conscientious "A" student, and the prospect of his being unable to attend school threw the whole family into a panic. An online search brought me to the office of Attorney Jason Newcombe. From my first call to his office, we were made to feel that we were in competent hands. Every e-mail and call we made was handled promptly and professionally, and we were always made to feel that we were working with someone who really cared about us. Attorney Newcombe was able to arrange for my son's citation to be deferred upon completion of an on-line driving course. Needless to say, he has earned great gratitude and respect from our family. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Although being represented by Atty. Newcomb has been a pleasure, I'm hoping I won't be needing his services again. But, with three sons aged 16, 18 and 19, I think I'll keep his number handy, just in case...

First rate!

I highly recommend Jason Newcombe for your legal needs. Having received a DUI I was frantic to find options that would keep me from having to go to jail. Jason was noticeably good at calming my nerves and laying out in great detail the ramifications of my actions and what mitigation options I had ava...ilable. He was never further than a phone call or text away and was extremely patient with the multitude of follow-up questions I had over the course of my case. His staff was very personable, helpful, and made me feel as if they were there for me, not the other way around. Though (in my particular case) a deferred prosecution was the obvious course of action, he was not quick to jump to a “one and done” solution. He instead insisted that I first begin my intensive outpatient treatment process, in order to give me an opportunity to see if this was in fact the best course of action. I respected his pragmatism, and gained even more confidence that he wasn’t just “shuffling me through the system” in order get paid. To lend scale to my review, I did initially have doubts of his commitment because of his slower, more methodical way of speaking one on one. At times he seemed way more relaxed than I was. Don’t let that laid back swagger fool you! His presence and charismatic presentation in the actual court room was something to see. He has obvious rapport with and mutual respect of other court officers, and even had the judge cracking a smile & chuckling a couple of times. In summary, I feel that Jason Newcombe is a superb choice should you find yourself with the unfortunate charges of a DUI. I believe Jason to be very honest in his assessments, attentive to his client’s needs, and fair in his fees. He is extremely knowledgable of the normal practices of Washington courts and a skillful practitioner of Washington DUI law.

Great Lawyer!!

I called Jason's office when my husband was served papers regarding a WDFW case. Jason called me back the same day. He was easy to talk to and down to earth. A group of WDFW officers showed up at our house one night while we were having dinner with the kids and I called Jason's office in a panic. He ...took my call right away, even though he was at home with his family. It was extremely comforting to know that he had our back when we needed him.
