Rear ended with minimal property damage to my vehicle (Feb 2017). I did sustain injuries such as whiplash, muscle soreness and strain in both shoulders and lower back. My treatment consisted of chiropractic care, massage therapy and received facet injections in shoulder/back. I had an MRI done, wh...ich diagnosed a slipped disc as a result of the accident. The insurance company of the defendant would not accept liability even though he was issued a citation. They tried to make a case that the low impact collision didn't cause my injuries. Christmas morning we were parked on the shoulder of a exit ramp, I was looking for gift card, 30 feet from the stop sign and 3 feet from the fog line.
