Evan was a great help in settling a claim for the medical expenses related to a driver driving through our home, resulting in our injury. Hired Evan Oshan in a removal preceeding case 3 years ago, as a lawyer he obviously knows that you don't need to bring a lawyer to a differed inspection but he didn't care he knew I didn't know any better and he wanted my $3,500, I was scared and just wanted someone to defend me. On top of being late... to the differed inspection he didn't come prepared to defend me, instead he asked the differed inspection officer about another case matter on another client.
