Christmas morning we were parked on the shoulder of a exit ramp, I was looking for gift card, 30 feet from the stop sign and 3 feet from the fog line. Hired Evan Oshan in a removal preceeding case 3 years ago, as a lawyer he obviously knows that you don't need to bring a lawyer to a differed inspection but he didn't care he knew I didn't know any better and he wanted my $3,500, I was scared and just wanted someone to defend me. On top of being late... to the differed inspection he didn't come prepared to defend me, instead he asked the differed inspection officer about another case matter on another client. I went through my court hearings alone, my case recently closed and I'm lucky my removal preceeding was canceled by the judge.
