Evan was a great help in settling a claim for the medical expenses related to a driver driving through our home, resulting in our injury. We attempted to settle with them directly but after being jerked around by the insurance company, and then failing to receive any response, we engaged Evan. I fou...nd Evan to be very reasonable and not just out to get the biggest settlement. I was disappointed with the amount of direct involvement I needed to take on to obtain medical records after a service he used wasn’t able to track them down (but did charge handsomely for their effort!). I was also frustrated by the number of times I had to send him the same information over and over again, and had I not been extremely proactive in the entire process, I feel there’s a good chance we would not have had a fair settlement.
