I injured my neck in a rear end colission car accident which was no fault of my own but the person that hit me did not have insurance. I had to have my neck fused due to the accident. Long story short he was able to go after my personal insurance company and was awarded the maximum payout for my injury. I was not expecting such a good financial result and was pleasantly surprised.
