Mike Berens is the best military lawyer to hire in the state of Washington. He was very direct, honest and compassionate with me and the military investigation and case against me. Last year, I was faced with a serious criminal sexual conduct investigation and possible charges. Mr Berens represented me at a military administrative separation board. Originally charges were going to be sent through to a Court-Martial, however circumstances saw fit for an administrative separation board only. My daughter is a 9 year veteran of the US Air Force who found herself due to a series of unfortunate circumstances facing a courts martial proceeding with a likely outcome of a felony conviction, confinement and a bad conduct discharge at a minimum.
