He actually answered the call – the staff transferred me to him and he spoke to me about the process and what his suggestion was for moving forward. He spoke to me for at least ...15 minutes and I was never billed. When it came time to do a relocation some years later, he again answered the call, told me about the monthly billing with no retainer, and explained what I can and cannot do.
