After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment with Mr. Phillips, I was extremely disappointed to be treated with utter disrespect. Instead of listening to the issue, he berated me based on partial information. He then dismissed me saying he was not interested in representing me. Perhaps he was having ...a difficult day and I happened to be the unfortunate recipient of his anger.
