I suspect that a few of the five-star reviews here are false. I hired Edgar Diaz from Kind Law Group, and he accomplished very, very little. I have a large collection of videos showing my ex being totally inappropriate at our child exchanges, and I have about as many videos of her simply not showing ...up. I also have several documents where she states her plan to remove me from our kids's lives by making things up about me in court. But Edgar did nothing to address her behavior. My ex has also been neglecting my son of crucial medical care, and Edgar has done nothing about this, despite my supplying him with multiple reports from my son's pediatrician. I don't believe that there is any rational justification for my only seeing my kids twice a week. In fact, seeing them twice a week was the arrangement before Edgar got involved. He didn't seem to put in any serious effort. Hire the Kind Law Group at your own risk. If you want to see your kids or win your case, find someone else. They'll take your money, but don't expect results.

Edgar Diaz is an excellent lawyer. I hired Edgar to help with a traffic ticket. He was able to negotiate a dismissal with the Judge. Edgar is passionate and does not give up. He is creative and will think of avenues to negotiate to help you succeed. He uses all the tools available to him to accomp...lish your shared goals. I would hire Edgar again to help me with any legal issues.

Edgar Diaz stayed in constant communication with me regarding my citation, walking me through the required steps.. He communicated with the court on my behalf, as well as the officer. I was able to get into the diversion program thanks to his efforts. I am very pleased and while he was great, I hope ...I don’t need him again. I highly recommend Mr. Diaz.

After my ex came after me to attempt to take full custody of our kids for no other reason than pettiness, and after see how Edgar handled my brother's custody case i right away texted him and got information and got a consultation. I told him my situation and what i was served with, he instantly got ...to work as soon as i hired him. Explained the process to me and to take plenty of notes and pictures of texts and situations my ex would do to keep our kids from seeing me or spending time with me and how she was using her mom as a shield to stop me from seeing my children he put a stop to that as soon as she got a response from Edgar. I informed him of everything i wanted witch was 50/50 custody of my kids. I did not want to lower myself and try to take full custody i wanted what was fair and what the kids needed witch is both parents in their lives and he did exactly that. He got me 50/50 custody and parenting time, compared to the 2h supervised visit once a week my ex was requesting and the supervised visit would be at her house... Thankfully even the judge put a stop to that as well. Edgar was very proffesional and extremely helpful. This was a postition i never ever wanted to be in because ive seen how the judge did my father dirty when it came to my younger sisters so i expected to lose everyting but he assured him that would not happen. I would 100% suggest Edgar to anyone going through a custody issue with their SO.

I can honestly say that Mr. Diaz went above and beyond to fight for me, was available and ready for anything that came his way. Very kind and considerate and worked all hours to help me. Although we were not granted what we were asking for I could not be more appreciative of him representing me as a ...client. I will continue to work with this amazing lawyer and his team.
