I proactively sent photos, but they were never incorporated into any written filing or preserved argument. Communication was a major issue. I was not notified in advance of the appeal hearing, was not consulted on strategy, and did not receive a clear explanation of what happened in court afterward. I had to independently contact the court myself to confirm the outcome of my appeal. The appeal was argued almost entirely orally, with no substantive written argument preserved addressing the core factual contradictions in the case. When I later asked for records and clarification, I was repeatedly pushed to discuss matters by phone instead of receiving clear written explanations. In the end, I paid attorney fees, appeal fees, and the full court fine, with no meaningful advocacy reflected in the record. When I raised concerns about representation quality and requested a partial refund, it was flatly refused. This review is not about losing a case — it’s about lack of preparation, lack of evidence use, and lack of communication. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to carefully consider their options before hiring this attorney, especially if your case depends on factual evidence and detailed advocacy.
