Best Attorney in Sacramento County

I needed an Attorney for my son on a couple serious charges, since we live out of town I knew nothing about Attorneys in Sacramento county, so I started looking at Attorney reviews, that's how I found Amber Bellante, all her reviews were 5 star and positive, so I hired her to represent my son,At firs...t his case wasn't looking to good, I kept in contact with Amber and she kept me informed every step of the way, she made a comment to me in one of our conversations, she said " let me work my magic" ,well that is exactly what she did , my son went from a possible 3 year prison sentence to a two year probation and a short house arrest, Amber is such an amazing Attorney, with a very pleasant vibe to her, she didn't have to try and sell herself to get my business, her professionalism, charisma and knowledge of the court system speak for themselves..Thank you Amber. 2nd DUI NO Jail! Over the moon on my results with Ms.Bellante!

I was facing severe charges for a second dui in under ten years with an accident and high blood alcohol. The fear I had for the unexpected let me to be very scared. I called Amber whom I found on google late after work one evening. She went above and beyond during my consultation and I knew instantl...y to retain her! She gave me a plan told me things to do to prepare for court and reassured me that it would all be okay. With full trust in her I took her advice. We went to court facing the DA who wanted me to serve actual in custody 60 day jail time. I resulted in NOT having to serve any time in Custody in Jail as well as NO Harsh Four Year Probation. Woohoo! She was also able to get the DMV to grant me driving privilege during the first 90 days so I could drive to and from work and keep my job. I am very grateful and thankful for Ms. Bellante and think of her as a wonderful friend to me. I can not thank her enough!!

MISDEMEANOR EXPUNGEMENT SUCCESS

Amber is amazing ! When we first contacted her she responded immediately. She even responded on weekends! She helped with getting my misdemeanor expunged. She handled my case with extreme professionalism and diligence, constantly keeping me updated and well informed of any information pertaining to ...the status of my case. Amber is very knowledgeable in the Criminal field while other attorneys were not confident on my expungement Amber handled it within 45 days ! CLEARED!
