Best DUI Attorney!

Best DUI Attorney! I was being charged with a refusal, and we were able to win at the DMV hearing, ultimately getting the refusal dropped in court. Amber is sharp, compassionate, and delivered an incredible result for my son

Amber was hired to represent my son’s DUI case and I cannot speak highly enough about her work. As a father, watching your child face serious legal trouble is extremely difficult obviously. One mistake on a single night could have followed him for the rest of his life — but Amber’s intelligence, pers...istence, and incredible legal skill made sure that didn’t happen. She got one of the charges dismissed (which carried a six-month jail term), worked out an amazing deal on the others — and structured it so that everything could be done through community service, in another state. No jail. No ankle monitor. No life-ruining outcome. She saved him from having to travel back to California (from the east coast) three different times and more importantly helped him keep his future intact. 11/10 Legal services and outcome

As someone who has never needed legal services before I can definitively say the law offices of Amber Bellante are in fact, THE single most capable and knowledgeable serving the greater sacramento area, I was facing felony evading police charges along with an elevated BAC dui charge and misdemeanor h...it and run, not only was Counsel Bellante able to negotiate a deal to get my felony dismissed and high BAC charge reduced, she was able to get my original sentence converted to community service and probation. NO JAIL TIME. She not only kept me informed and up to date at every turn, but fought dauntlessly to get me the BEST outcome possible.
