I am seriously very grateful for Amber's work for my case, and I don't know anyone else who could have done her work even better!! I reached out to Amber with a couple felony charges, which is now brought to a singular misdemeanor charge that will soon be expunged!! DUI Case

I had gotten a DUI in November and when I found Amber, she was such a huge help with my case! At first I was very confused and tried to handle my case on my own but it was too much for me since I had never gotten into legal trouble before. But once I gave the run down to Amber about what happened, sh...e immediately took action and got all my stuff handled for me in no time! I just had my court date the other day and originally I was given the option of 20 days of an ankle monitor or work project. But Amber worked her magic and ended up being able to get me down to only 2 days of whichever choice I ended up going with! The fact that my case happened in Placer County too, which is very strict on DUI's, and that I got such a good deal shows that Amber really does know her stuff and can definitely help you out with your DUI case or any other case that she professionalizes in.

DUI case

Ms. Bellante is the best defense attorney I could have ever hoped for. I was facing a borderline DUI and she was able to win the DMV hearing and prove that it was within a margin of error and kept my license active as I dealt with the process. Once I locked in with Ms. Bellante I haven't been stresse...d as she is very organized and knowledgeable. Highly recommend as she actually cares about her clients unlike the feeling I got from many of the other attorneys I considered. I highly recommend her if you unfortunately ever need a defense attorney in Sacramento area.

3rd DUI

Amber is ANGEL IN THIS WORLD she got a dismissal of a third DUI with a refusal and a high blood alcohol allegation I really recommend her to everyone.
