Decided to go to jury trial after DA kept refusing to dismiss; case set and prepared for trial then got dismissed first day!

Hired Amber for DUI case representation and wholeheartedly recommend her. The judicial system coupled with its law enforcement arm creates a web that traps both guilty and innocent people yet treats everyone the “same”. In essence, there is a bias from the onset against the innocent, and it can feel ...like climbing Half Dome just for a chance to be exonerated. In walks Amber. She immediately answered my call, was genuinely concerned for my situation, treated me and my case uniquely, and gave me hope. Amber treated me as innocent from the onset, then went fact finding from there. She never made me feel like I had to compromise the truth or settle for less than what I deserved. She spoke openly and honestly and took my concerns seriously. I was always able to connect with Amber and especially liked that I could be actively involved throughout the process. She navigated through challenges that came with prosecutor reassignments, discoveries that were delivered late to her, and last-minute date changes. And almost a year into this, the DAs refused to dismiss so we made the decision to go to Jury Trial. The pressure was on, but she was driven to win! The case was set and prepared for jury trial, but with Amber at the helm and me supporting her persistent and savvy investigative work, she secured a dismissed on the first day of trial! She pulled together brilliant and compelling legal arguments that convinced the prosecution to finally dismiss. I stand and fight when an injustice has been done, and I wanted an equally resolute lawyer who shared my values. If you’re the same, you’ll want Amber on your side.
