My partner and I ( who is permanently disabled) were referred to Sundeen & Salinas by a friend after searching unsuccessfully for tenant/landlord legal representation. We also needed a lawyer who was knowledgeable about disability, gender and sexual orientation related issues. We lived by the lake ...in Oakland for 6+ years, and were wrongfully evicted by a new owner. Our unit was in desperate need of mold remediation, and despite numerous attempts to communicate with the landlord no resolution could be reached.
