Dan Leathers, my attorney, was able to obtain a reasonable settlement in a product liability case. The case was against a company for marketing a medical device that was not approved by the FDA to use in the manner it was used on me. This device was used in my fusion surgery and caused permanent in...juries that will most likely cause pain for the rest of my life.
