As a prison wife I wanted the best of the best when it came to an attorney for my husband and that’s what we got!! This was our third time going of for board and I wanted to make sure we had everything in order so I did my research and couldn’t be happier with the results we got having Mr. Carbone to... represent him. I was sentenced to 18 to life. Mr Carbone represented me at my second parole consideration hearing. I was denied suitability. However his guidance set me on the path of understanding and learning. I had plenty to learn and do. I eventually received 2 suitability dates which were recinded by the gover...nor at the time. Mr Carbone writ to the superior court led directly to my release. I've been home since 2015. Living, giving and thriving. I've become a licensed contractor and small business owner. I can't thank him enough for his work ethic and dedication to what he does.
