My family and I met Mr. Carbone outside of an En Banc hearing for a life inmate (my brother). We had just spoke at the hearing and had no idea what would happen next. He was there representing another case. He kindly approached us and advised us on what we needed to do next. Just out of the blue - h...e knew we needed help and he was right there to provide it. This was before we even hired him. We had not retained him to represent us nor did we know who is was. We later retained his services and after 20 plus years of board hearing after board hearing the Lord used Mr. Carbone to help my brother become a free man. Charles represented me at my 2014 Board of Parole Hearing (BPH) and got me my date. I was so nervous that I actually blew the hearing...I thought. I had never addressed the board before in support of my daughter,I asked attorney Carbone what were the perimeter of what I could say I was told to speak from the heart and that I could say anything that I wanted to say as long as it was said respectfully .
