Charles was the 4th attorney I hired to represent my daughter during her complex parole process. I wish I had hired him first! Greetings Everyone I am writing this review to thank Atty Chalres Carbone who we hired 4.5 ago for my husbands up and coming parole hearing. It was his first time going befoee the parole board .
