Candid and consummate professional. These are the guys for the job.

I hired Steve after receiving a letter from my ISP regarding alleged copyright infringement activities, and him and his team were a tremendous resource in getting this matter resolved in a timely manner. They stayed on top of all pending matters for me every step of the way making sure nothing fell t...hrough the cracks, and were able to obtain a settlement which was a fraction of what I was bracing for based on what I'd read online during my research. I have no doubt this outcome was a result of Steve's expertise and experience in this field. Thank you again Steve and Lisa.

Experience and Skill is Everything

I retained Steve and Lisa after receiving a notice from my ISP that there has been alleged copyright infringement through downloading at my address. I found Steve’s videos online and was impressed by his willingness to share his knowledge and give me a clear idea of what I was dealing with. He handle...d my case for one flat fee and made it clear what services were included. There were never any surprise fees. I felt really fortunate that I found him after wading through all the online choices. He and Lisa were professional and knowledgeable and kept me fully informed about my options throughout my case. In cases like these experience and skill is everything. Steve and Lisa know all the players and were able to apply the facts to get me a settlement that was much better than I had feared. They are the best!

If you are being sued by Strike 3 holdings, do yourself a favor and hire Steve. He was able to get an amazing settlement for us in about a week. The initial settlement offer by Strike 3 holdings was a price of a new mid sized sedan, but Steve worked his magic and secured a amazing settlement. Prob...ably, saved us from being bankrupt. I called and talked to many other lawyers before going with Steve and I'm very happy I made the right decision to go with Steve. He is very professional, a great listener, and an amazing lawyer. Thank you so much for your input. You just hit on one thing that is VERY IMPORTANT - we LISTEN -. Many lawyers are known for "talking" and preaching and pontificating. We don't have time for all that. We like to know our clients, and know what's on their mind, what their needs and concerns are and we can go from there. That involves LISTENING and personally, this is something I work really hard to do in each copyright litigation case I handle. Wonderful experience

After a consultation with Steve’s office, I decided to hire them for a copyright infringement case I was involved with. The initial phone consultation was very informative and put me at ease and confident with what was about to happen with my case. After hiring them, I worked with Lisa, who was extre...mely attentive to my concerns and always kept me up to date with the progress of my case. They eventually got the case against me dismissed. Would Recommend

Steve was very up front about my case on the first consultation and thoroughly went through all the options and outcomes with me. He got me the best results possible and would recommend him at a minimum a consultation. The case proceeded fairly quickly and he was able to get a resolution in a timel...y manner.
