Thankful I called

The team was amazing! I had a difficult situation with IP infringement dealing with Etsy. I called several people and tried several ways to solve the issue. I was devastated. From the moment the woman answered the office phone I was treated seriously and treated with kindness. Immmediately they sche...duled a call with the best attorney Marine Grosclaude. Steve was on the call I think? I mostly dealt with Marine. She was clear and prompt and did exactly what she said she would do. I grew impatient a couple of times and she calmed me down and reassured me that it was a process. I trusted her and it worked the complaint was dropped, Etsy reinstated my shop and I am grateful. Never once did I feel like my business was not important to her and the flat rate was also helpful. Sometimes dealing with attorneys can be overwhelming and expensive. The transparancy was refreshing. No promises as they are only advocates for you and cannot make decsions for companies. I will say they did everything they said they would do. I know that if I have any issues in the fture I will call them! Thank you for caring about small business's and taking us seriously. Michelle

Lawsuit Help

Vondran Legal Group did an amazing job in helping me settle my case against I had for copyright infringement. Inspire you to fight

Don't roll over. Use Steve as an inspiration to fight. Because Autodesk doesn't care about your agreement or even your compliance. They want more money. Always more. We used his online resources to aid us and we were successful.

Yes, Autodesk can be tough to work with, especially when they are going after simple "over-assignment" of licenses (which their software allows you to do - their attorney claimed to me this could not be fixed - yeah right), and they often seek a TON OF MONEY to settle these innocent EULA issues. I really wish they would change their policies, but till then we will continue to fight and educate good paying customers. Thank you for the review. We are the clear leader in the United States handling software audits with Autodesk, Hexagon/Vero, Dassaultes/Solidworks, Siemens, Synopsis, Ansys, Altium and more.

Strike3 Settlement

Found Steve's LinkedIn post about Strike3 lawsuits and liked the neutral tone of presenting the issues and facts. No overpromises or fear mongering. During the process, Lisa and Steve were very responsive to updates and answering any concerns. In the end, the settlement was very reasonable and was h...andled in a quick timeframe. You hit on a big point - we don't like to sugarcoat things. When you get a Strike 3 ISP subpoena, it is a serious matter that needs to be taken very seriously and handled by an experienced professional. We tell it like it is. We don't make false unrealistic promises to try to get your business. My brother once told me years ago, that people respect you for telling them what they don't want to hear. Luckily, we have a strong track record of securing fair and reasonable settlements while always paying as much attention possible to customer service. Best Attorney

I was involved in an ISP subpoena case and sought the help of Steve and Lisa. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. I was so nervous and worried at first. They explained to me what would happen next and what could happen. They put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. As the case progre...ssed, they kept me informed and answered any questions I had.
