Best Find Ever

We are so glad that we hired Steve Vondran. After we received the software "love letter", we did not know what to do. But we did know not to try to navigate the legal waters on our own. Steve was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, dedicated, and (amazing to us) caring. He and his wife / consult... Lisa were exactly what we were looking for. And our issue was concluded to our great satisfaction. We would not hesitate to hire him again if the need arose.

Excellent attorney who resolved my BRE case after an audit

I had a random BRE audit and needed consultation. I hired Steve Vondram for a reasonable fee and he walked me through the audit process and steps I needed to take to clear some serious violations. He was able to answer every question I had and helped reduce the stress of the situation. The BRE filed ...an accusation, but Steve was able to settle without a formal hearing and I was able to keep my real estate license. I learned important expensive lessons from the BRE audit, but am grateful to Steve who was able to allow my business continue. I highly recommend Steve to help with your BRE audit or accusation.

Resolved quickly

Excellent work, patience and the perfect result!

Steve was very patient as the other attorney sought six-figure damages despite our insistence we shouldn't have to pay anything. His efforts finally prevailed as the other side ultimately gave in.

We have to analyze the case, weigh strengths and weaknesses of the case, evaluate all potential defenses and get tough when it comes to negotiating a deal or holding our ground when we know we will prevail.
