Text Book Definition of Professional

I truly believe Steve and Lisa were Heaven sent to protect the innocent and unaware with regards to the temptations of the internet. Although several thousand miles away they did not hesitate to represent me. They asked noting of me other than to be honest and forthcoming. My case had unforeseen twis...ts and turns yet Team Vondran persisted and prevailed on my Families behalf. I am forever grateful to them and for what they do for the Privacy community at large. We appreciate the service military members have given to our Country and when possible, we seek to return the favor by offering pro bono or even "low bono" cases to assist those in need. In this case, we fought hard on a pro bono basis and were able to achieve great results through the strength of advocacy. When you are fighting for good people, with a good cause, it makes us proud to be able to serve veterans the way they have protected and served our great country over the years. I Recommend Mr. Vondran

Steve Vondran (and Lisa) helped me through by providing consultation and representation. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions and got me to a positive resolution. Outstanding resolution to my license requirements with AutoDesk

Steve Vondran was instrumental in assisting my small architecture firm to resolve the licensing requirements with AutoDesk for three AutoCAD licenses. I felt very confident in his experience and expertise in finding a positive solution with AutoDesk and their attorney. I highly recommend Steve.

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to post this review of our Autodesk audit services. Autodesk has a long history of going after architects who use their AutoCAD, LT and other products. Getting an audit demand letter from Autodesk internally, or their preferred law firm Donahue Fitzgerald in the San Francisco Bay area can be very intimidating. Our goal for all of our clients is to keep the audit confidential, avoid any "onsite" visits to the "facility" of the client (their EULA terms of use may give them this legal right believe it or not), and to seek to resolve the case confidentially (to stay out of the online "law of the press" and to negotiate the best possible terms of settlement. Software licensing compliance audits are a specialty practice area and best handled by a very experienced law firm. To our knowledge, there is no firm that has handled as many Autodesk licensing cases as we have. This includes both small companies (1-5 employees) on up to very large architect, design and engineering corporations. Thank you again for putting your trust in us! Steve Vondran, Esq.

Strike 3 Relief & Peace of Mind

I received a notice in the mail from my internet service provider notifying me that my personal information was being subpoenaed by a company called Strike 3 Holdings. Strike 3 filed this in a Florida court (I live in CA) and I only had about a business week to decide what to do before my ISP had t...o turn over my info. I immediately went into panic mode and searched the web. You will find many ISP defense lawyers (I called many) but Steve was the only one willing to speak to me right away and to a great extent. He took great care in talking me down and explaining to me what my rights were. Strike 3 is a notoriously shady company (AKA troll company) with questionable tactics. The cases they filed in Florida which my IP address unfortunately was included in, are their most shady yet (from what I have learned). Steve helped me decide that finding a Florida lawyer to file a Motion to Quash and protect my information was the best remedy available (Steve does not practice in Florida, therefore he could not do this for me). Steve helped me vet the lawyer that I found and furthermore he actually communicated and coordinated with my Florida lawyer to help bolster my Motion. I received news last night that Strike 3 dismissed their case in response to my Motion to Quash. If I had the option to hire Steve I absolutely would have. He took a great amount of care and interest in my case and had no obligation to do so. I have no doubt in my mind that if you are in this situation Steve has your best interests in mind and is extremely knowledgeable in these cases.

The best outcome possible, I would highly recommend it.

I would highly recommend Steve. When I first got notified that there was a copyright infringement case against me, I was terrified. After spending hours reading up on it I got even more scared. As recommended by all of the websites, I sought out legal consultations. Most of which claimed to defend yo...u against such claims, how ever up calling them, every single one seemed to push me towards settling with the plaintiffs. Just so you are aware the minimum that they can ask for is $750 per infringement which can add up very fast. Part of the "settling" process involves giving them my bank statements, tax returns, etc. This did not sit well with me so I continued to get consultations from all of the lawyers that popped up in Google, yeah it's the same 8-9 lawyers. They all told me the same thing, either quash, and/or settle, fighting it wasn't even an option. Then I spoke with Cameron, one of Steve's aides who informed me that Steve had experience and success defending these cases and offered me a very reasonable rate far cheaper than any settlement would have been. I didn't interact directly with Steve and primarily contacted Cameron and Lisa in the process. Steve was able to get my case dismissed in about a month after signing up for representation. Every thing was handled well and I was kept in the loop of big developments. You can also look on the various legal sites that post case information for each district, in my state of California Steve shows up as representing various people with similar cases and getting their successfully cases dismissed. I looked as far back as I could and I couldn't find any other bit torrent copyright lawyers popping up, only Steve's name ever showed up in the results which should tell you something.
