Mr. Bonakdar, has been a God send. Without his help and genuine concern, I don't know how I would have survived one of the worst years of my life. My husband and I received a subpoena for an incident that involved our adult son. Our son and some friends had a little too much to drink, and there wa...s an accident that left a young man paralyzed, the police report verified it as an accident, but never the less, our son was at fault. The injured young man tried to sue our son, and since he has no money and they discovered that our son lived in our rental; the attorneys for the young man decided to go after our home owners insurance. I contacted our homeowners’ insurance agent, to see how they can help us, and I was told that they would not get involved unless we actually got sued. We were still in preliminary findings. I asked if someone from our insurance company could represent us at the deposition, and we were told not until we actually got sued that they (the insurance company) would get involved. We had no choice but to attend the deposition without any legal representation. After that experience, I was not going to take things lying down. A very good friend referred me to the law firm of Nuttall & Coleman, and that is when I had the good fortune of meeting Mr. Bonakdar. He guided my husband and I through the process, wrote letters to our insurance company, was with our son through every step of the way. Mr. Bonakdar was diligent, until the case closed.
