My car accident occurred in December 2019 and my case concluded around mid-September 2020. Mid October I received my settlement. I was rear-ended at a red light. My outcome consisted of my insurance company covering the hospital medical bills and not seeking reimbursement, my health insurance covered... the remaining medical & hospital bills, and the insurance company settled on a pain & suffering amount.
