I was referred to this attorney on a Family Law matter. Although I felt very confident in his abilities at first, once he had my retainer, there was very little contact. He proved to be very non-responsive. He was not knowledgable about family law. He did not have any staff on hand which resulted in... basic secretarial duties that should have been performed as a service or at least at a reduced "asisstants rate" being charged at a rate of $225 p/h. He was inefficient and couldn't manage to obtain any of the documentation required for my case. I ended up doing most of the legwork on my own. He double billed on several items and padded his fees. I was never copied on any correspondence that was supposedly produced on my behalf. The other party in my case attempted to contact my attorney to discuss settlement but Frank did not advise me or bother to return the calls. It is 4 months later.
