Mr. Middlebrook took my case and was up front in letting me know we had a good case, but no guarantees about the outcome. Jim, thank you so much for the kind words. While every case doesn't end up in a dismissal, we always take a bottom up approach. What that means is, while other attorneys are trying to negotiate down the case from a DUI (putting them in a weAk position against the District Attorney's office), we start from a "ground up" approach. We make the District Attorney's Office prove to us why you should plead to anything. This provides us the mindset of fighting the charges and not simply begging for some petty reduction in terms. Too many people are confused about who to hire when faced with a DUI charge and believe all attorneys are the same. Thankfully, we are not. Again, thank you for all the kind words. I'm glad you're so happy with the outcome of your case; We are too!
