These comments seem to come from the same ANONYMOUS poster above. Some questions: If you were innocent of charges, why did you agree to plead to a DUI? Why not appeal a DMV decision? If you were unhappy with the terms of contract written and promulgated by the State Bar of California, why would you agree to the terms? What responsibility do you take for the outcome of this case, your choices to resolve the case without a fight and limiting us to negotiations as a only source of receiving a favorable outcome? Most importantly, why didn't you come to me to address these concerns and the options available?
