I was very impressed with Mr.Schwartz services, and equally impressed by his staff. They were all very courteous and personable. He was able to explain the whole process step by step and made this whole ordeal very comfortable for me. I was initially going to file Chapter 13 and shortly thereafter... my nursing position was eliminated this was a very stressful time for me after 29 years of nursing I was forced to retire earlier than anticipated. He was able to transition it over to Chapter 7 without hesitation. This was a huge relief for me. He made this possible with his payment plan. I highly recommend his services to anyone who finds themselves in this highly stressful situation as no one really anticipates or plans on ever going through this process.
