Mary Frances Prevost
Hands down the absolute most negative and worst experience I have ever had with with an attorney_or any person for that matter. I was entitled to a quantum merit refund after firing Mary Frances Prevost because of a lack of services and communication and it took me almost a year to recover only a fra...
Here is one of you reviews of a "Jip Joint" on Yelp. Keep in mind, you claimed you didn't drink on the night you were arrested for DUI and refused. But according to the following review of the Stampede, you paid money to get in, ordered a drink and were kicked out "for no reason." After so many negative encounters with people, could the problem perhaps rest with you? Here's the review in your own words: Security guards are complete nazis! Total assholes. Took my money at the door just to kick me out 5 minutes after for no reason. Just enough time to get a first drink (and they wouldn't let me even finish it). They even kept my credit card at the bar where I had opened a tab. No explanation, no common sense. Place was a ghost town anyways. Thieves. Additionally, I have never charged $4,600 in my life for a DUI. It's just not a number I charge. But, by the looks of your Yelp profile, which you hide behind a false name ad picture, you are angry at everyone ad post repeated negative reviews against almost every place you frequent.

I consulted with five attorneys and finally settled on Mary. In part, because of her reputation as a tough advocate, and in part becaus...

When the FBI kicks your door in
When faced with legal enforcement threats, criminal threats, or actions in San Diego, Mary is the best. When I became a competitor to an online business retired law official, I found myself starring at 40 FBI agents knocking my door down and tearing my house apart for allegedly hacking his servers. T...

One Tough Lady; Winner, Winner!
Cops raided my house. I was charged with multiple felonies, including cultivation and resisting arrest. I called some lawyers if Googled with great websites, but after talking for a while noticed they were licensed only a few years and bragged about successfully handling hundreds of cases. Bull! Ho...

Best Lawyer In Town
Mary is really a dynamo. From start to finish she worked with tunnel vision to obtain the goal we talked about at our first meeting. She made it quite clear that she could not tell me whether or not we could reach our goal. But she outlined a strategy that, frankly, I thought was long and tedious. S...
