Hostile Response: When we asked valid questions about these errors, instead of answers or corrections, we received aggression and accusations. The firm refused to acknowledge the obvious contradiction with the facts. We were forced to hire a new attorney to clean up the mess. My advice: Do not trust verbal assurances that "everything is fine." Request your full client file right now. You might be unpleasantly surprised when you see what was actually filed in your name.
