I hired Arvian Law Firm for my immigration case. Initially, they presented certain terms and conditions. After I paid, the terms suddenly changed, and they began denying what they had previously said. When I pointed out the inconsistencies, the communication became unprofessional, and they eventually... refused to continue working on my case, claiming I had lost trust in them. Unfortunately, they have not returned my documents or refunded the payment. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic — promising one thing, taking the money, and then changing the rules. I do not recommend this firm or Vitalii Maliuk to anyone. If you value clear communication, consistency, and professionalism, it’s better to look elsewhere.
