I used Vince for a DUI case. Once I signed him he treated me more like a friend, spent time with me, explained and reassured me about my case. Even after the case was settled I felt I could call him and seek advice and help on related matters, etc. He is a great guy and does not treat his clients as ...a business and gives personal attention.

Tucci never called me to let me know what was going on w/my case. He was supposed to email when I was due in court to appear, didn't call me until the morning of. Didn't seem to care about me, I'd call or text him and after waiting hours for a response he would text one word answers. He showed up 45 ...mins late for my court appearance and when I asked where he was 3 times he replies back "relax and wait" this "big shot" attorney tends to think he can do whatever he wants. Wouldn't have cared if he did whatever he wanted if he was an actual caring lawyer. Unless you have a SERIOUS dui, like you crashed and injured someone dont bother wasting your hard earned money on his WAY too Steep prices.

I was extremely pleased with Mr. Tucci's knowledge and expertise around DUI Law. I found myself in a very bad situation facing a 3+ year prison sentence and Mr. Tucci was instrumental in working with my Judge and the courts to negotiate a more viable alternative so I could keep working and living my ...life. Unfortunately, some uf us make bad judgement calls after a few beers, all I can say is you get what you pay for with Mr. Tucci!!
