I got my first DUI with enhancements. It was not a straightforward case, so I was very nervous about the possible outcome. His office was very responsive and supportive. I was very nervous about my court date. When we met, I was immediately relieved. He was very kind and supportive and eased my nerve...s. He also secured me the best-case scenario for my case by getting additional charges dropped, with a very reasonable community service requirement.

Unfortunately, I was ignorant to receive multiple DUIs going back to 2014. The last one in 2023 was a felony and I was facing prison time. I followed Vinces instructions exactly such as enroll in Rehab and attend AA meetings. I did not want to serve time at a prison, Vince assured me he would prote...ct me from being sent to a prison. My sentence was 16 months/serve half at LA county jail. I served five months in the jail and the last 2 1/2 months at an outside program for a total of seven months. A prior DUI I was sentenced to 120 days county jail, I served two days. Vince was brilliant with minimizing the severe consequences and I’m grateful for that. Also, he did tell me way back to stop drinking, but again I was extremely ignorant.
