The reason he deserves a full review is because his solid performance has gotten me way farther than I ever thought I would. The context is that my ex and I have a pretty acrimonious relationship most of the time. We fundamentally disagree on many aspects of custody and support payments, so there was a looming war cloud in front of us. She also thinks I'm a scumbag that cheated on her with my ex who she hates, and also with some other woman friends (despite me not doing so), I've gotten so much crap for a crime that was not committed that I almost wish I had done it. Anyway, I digress. On to results. David has achieved several things so far: - significantly reduced my spousal support from what the calculator claimed was the guideline by about $1k a month (and I only make $85k a year) - got me from every other weekend to 3-4 weekends a month - settled attorney's fees for significantly less of what the other party was asking for, and stipulated that attorney's fees would not be requested again - my ex, despite being on my lease, cannot go into my house without my permission - last but not least: he managed to set an expiration date on spousal support. This is rare, even more so considering he managed to slash the support payments End result? I have my daughter way more, and I saved approximately $60,000 in support payments and attorney's fees, maybe more if I get a raise. David Booth is extremely dedicated, thorough, professional, and sympathetic. I've spoken to many attorneys and this is the first time I felt that I found one that cares about the case as much as he cares about my business, working very hard not to rack up hours but to make sure that I'm satisfied with his representation. He almost takes my case too personally. David is also extremely fair and reasonable, and hasn't "nickel and dimed" me every time he picks up the phone or responds to an email - something he does very quickly. He's there when I need him. Best of all, his fees are great! (As good as they can be for an attorney that is). The opposing party's attorney charges $100 more an hour, and was definitely not as competent as David. Almost a year later, I had to delve again in my case. I cannot believe how well David remembered my details, how quickly he responded to my needs, and how thorough his review of my case had been. It's like seeing a friend from ten years ago and picking up where you left off like if nothing had happened. A truly impressive and professional character. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied, and doubt I'd ever hire a different attorney unless he didn't specialize in the specific area I need help with. I have just finished the process of a tough divorce. I don't know how I would have made it through without the help of David Booth. David is a consummate professional. He knows his stuff too. Divorce is a tough thing to go through and very emotional, even for a guy. David kept me grounded and focused... on the things that needed to be done. He worked very hard to get me the best resolution possible. We were able to avoid going to court and wasting extra money fighting over things that didn't need to be fought over. He was always available by phone or text or would return my calls as soon as he was able. He worked tirelessly with a difficult opposing counsel to get a fair outcome for me. His goal from the beginning was to help me successfully navigate this process with as little cost to me as possible. I truly believe he meant that at the time and in looking back, that is exactly how he performed. He does what he says he is going to do. My husband and I consulted MANY MANY attorneys before we found David, I was a nervous wreck given I've been primary care giver of my child and to think because of a work move across country he may stay back. I finally retained a lawyer and on my way home did not feel comfortable with the decision and... had to look for yet another lawyer with my anxiety building up and my nervs taking the best of me I found David he was able to see me that same day and immediately put me at ease (something the other lawyers didn't do) he did make me aware these cases are never easy. The process began and with any question I would have I would email him and he would reply in a timely manner as well with phone calls, David fought very hard to try to settle out of court calling and mailing letters to opposing counsel needless to say my ex was being very stubborn court day came and yet agian David was there back and fourth with opposing counsel trying to work out a settlement thanks to David and his hard work a agreement was made, I know I will have David on speed dial if I ever need his services again he's caring and compassionate and explains everything from start to finish I would recommend David to anyone who needs his legal assistance he is really one of the best

Contact Mr. Booth the day before Custody Modification case (I am petitioner, non-custodial) for which I was representing myself. My intentions were to pay a small fee for a phone consultation so I could see if I was moving in the right direction. Mr. Booth asked a couple of questions, told me he had ...a couple of cases at the same courthouse the next morning himself, then invited me to meet with him briefly before court was in session. He gave me 20-30 minutes of his time, gave me some information that I would need going forward, affirmed the aspects of the case I was handling correctly, and told me to look for him after my court appearance and tell him how it went. After my appearance I discussed the outcome and he was very supportive, provided insight, and even complimented me for doing my homework on some of my arguments. I asked him what kind of retainer he charged for cases of this nature and what I owed him for him help thus far. His retainer was extremely fair vs. other attorneys of similar experience, and told me all of the time he gave me up until that point was "on the house." I will disclaim here: do not attempt to solicit free advice from any legal professional; always be ready and able to pay for services rendered, which I was in this case. Though the agreement reached that morning between myself and the respondent is still working just fine, I will without a shadow of a doubt hire Mr. Booth should I have the need to address the situation again at any point in the future. He is knowledgeable, supportive during an obviously stressful experience, and talks to you in a manner which makes you feel like a friend rather than a client. Highly recommended.

I went to Dave Booth extremely leary of hiring yet another attorney, but I was served with paperwork and was frantically searching for help when I came across this website. In all honesty I am glad I did, Dave is an amazing lawyer! He met with me the same day, he was both comforting and confident and... assured me I would not be sorry that I hired him. He was right! He definitely does his job and goes the extra mile for his clients. I hope I won't need him again, but he is the only one I would go to if I did.
