I can't begin to explain my regret in using this firm. Unprepared at best. If you want to feel that someone is on your side, well I definitely did not feel that way. In trial I had to open my laptop and show my files to the lawyer because she did not bring a trial brief or any paperwork that I coul...d see. She was glued toy laptop as I tried to figure out what to show her. She is/was an employee and Mr Westgate he defended her approach. I would never use them again or recommend them. That said he billed me high and then without knowing it he sent me to collections base on a small balance. It felt vindictive because I called out the poor representatiin.

I used Andrew to handle the sale and gun transfer with my close friend. I gave Andrew my gun and all the ammunition which was 250 to 300 rounds of ammunition. I have a screenshot of Andrew stating in an email he had counted 250 to 300 rounds in his possession at his office. He advised me to sell the ...gun in a package deal with the ammunition to get the most for my gun. I made a deal with my close friend for a set price including the ammunition. My friend went to pick up the gun yesterday including the ammunition. He met with Andrew and Andrew stated he does not know where the bullets are and all he can provide is the gun??? WTH?? This is theft this is robbery gross negligence irresponsibility how do you lose bullets!!!! If he lost them he needs to replace them! I've been leaving messages emails and I even texted his wife Michelle and they are not getting back to me! I have a upset close friend of mine that thought he was getting a great deal and now he got ripped off and so did I! I have no other choice but to go to small claims court and contact the State Bar and file a complaint in regards to this situation! So do I recommend this attorney to handle a gun transfer with ammo absolutely not!

Andrew and his crew did an amazing job for my daughter and my gran-daughter that were in an abusive relationship with an narcissist that tried to use the system against my daughter and Rebecca Rainwater(i must say has to one of Andrews best weapons in his firm) was assigned to my Daughters case and ...we had to go to only ONE court session and she destroyed the other side , Everything went just as explained , this firm is very knowledgeable and i will recommend these good folks for everyone that needs that right attorney for all your family court matters these guys are THE REAL DEAL !!! you cant go wrong with WESTOVER !! some of the best money i ever spent went to this firm..
