I can't begin to explain my regret in using this firm. Unprepared at best. If you want to feel that someone is on your side, well I definitely did not feel that way. In trial I had to open my laptop and show my files to the lawyer because she did not bring a trial brief or any paperwork that I coul...d see. She was glued toy laptop as I tried to figure out what to show her. She is/was an employee and Mr Westgate he defended her approach. I would never use them again or recommend them. That said he billed me high and then without knowing it he sent me to collections base on a small balance. It felt vindictive because I called out the poor representatiin.

I needed to switch attorney's to finish out my divorce. Andrew was referred to me by my prior attorney. He quickly came up to speed on my case and put in place a plan to finish out the case in short order -- it had dragged on for almost two years. While the opposing side used emotion and drama in... their court filings, etc -- Andrew was fact based and used the full extent of the law to develop our strategy for getting this case to closure. Andrew listened well to my concerns and focused on getting those concerns addressed so that any future issues would not be subjected to the same inappropriate tactics from opposing counsel. I would highly recommend Andrew! He's an A player in my book.

I entitled this Stand and Deliver as that is exactly what Mr. Westover did for my case. To offer a pretrial assessment of the potential for an outcome is a challenging requirement for any attorney, but Andrew and his firm delivered exactly the decision they proclaimed that seemed likely from the outs...et. It wasn't mere speculation on their part or merely hocus pocus to tell me a best case scenario of their abilities, but their knowledge of the contemporary local community standards and an established rapport with the opposing counsels approach to the case itself. In all, I can't rate Andrew and his firm with anything but an impeccable review and was elated to see they delivered exactly the disposition they said would most likely be possible in my case. Thanks and gratitude are mere words on my part, but extremely satisfying RESULTS by Mr. Westover are what stand as REAL to someone wishing to engage his services. I would recommend him to ANYONE that wants a truly dedicated professional that will act like a friend in your corner!
