Truly a Blessing

My note to Dr. Schaeffer. Hi there, I wanted to thank you yet again for taking on my case, and helping to exceed what I could ever ask or think to ask. I truly know that I was led to you from day one of randomly finding you on the internet, to you initially stating you didn't think we would be a ...good fit, to the deposition being open and closed within the blink of an eye. I know God worked thru you and for that I am very grateful. You are aggressive and a little intimidating but all with a kind spirit and I seen that from day one. I know money makes some people happy but not all money is good money and I have suffered and will suffer with pain it seems for a very long time in those areas. I just have to say again I never expected this and I know this is truly one of Gods blessings. Everything that you said would happen on the day of the deposition happened, including an unexpected bonus of the return to work supplement. So thank you, celebrate yourself and know that thru your education, experience and knowledge you have helped a child of God be blessed. Blessings, Dr Schaffer was God sent for me. I feel like I was led to him and everything worked out without me having to do anything. Not even speak on the day of my deposition, on that day everything seemed like a TV show where you pick which door you want to open. From not having to speak, to the court reporter packing up without having to record anything, to Dr Schaffer offering multiple offers to get to one big one like a car salesman (smile). I still can't believe a large settlement was ready and waiting to my surprise. God knows my heart and I feel like if your a good honest person, things will work out according to Gods word. Dr. Schaffer may not be for everyone meaning he seams intimidating at first but he obviously gets the job done. I would recommend him and I hardly if ever write reviews. Also the staff was always available or did what they said the would do like call back or email me info. I never had any doubt nor concern that things weren't being handle. Actually I very seldom called. You definitely have to have patience. Go on with your life and when the time comes it will come. Thank you again Dr. Schaffer for all that you do.

Where Does It Hurt?

When it comes to law, Peter is a genius. While he specializes in Workers compensation, he is well versed in all aspects of law relating to health and the healthcare industry. His knowledge of the pharmaceutical world is impressive, as well. He represented my husband in his Workers comp case and no...t only settled the case better than we expected, he helped us evaluate the care my husband was getting to be sure it was optimal. Peter is more than generous in his attention to his clients. When I recently needed some advice on a potential medical mal practice suit, he took the time to help me evaluate my options, even though he was not going to represent me. I trust him implicitly. If you are in need of Workers compensation, or not sure if you qualify, or just not sure about the whole process, see Peter and let him help you evaluate the situation. Committed to the End

I contacted four worker’s comp attorneys before speaking with Dr. Peter Schaeffer. All four attorneys said that they would not take my case because it would be too hard, they would not be successful, etc. I suffered a heart attack on the job. I was very discouraged and feeling quite bad during a... time when I should have been focusing on my recovery. Dr. Peter Schaeffer too did say that my case would be tough, but accepted the challenge. I immediately felt relived after meeting him just once. He said that he would fight for me, and that is just what he did. This man is truly compassionate and tough when it is needed. A few months before settling my case Dr. Schaeffer entrusted my case to his associate, Jennifer Bentley (JJ). JJ was knowledgeable about my case from the beginning and made me feel at ease on court days. She explained everything to me step-by-step as we got closer to a final settlement. JJ surprised me with a larger award than I expected!!
