The Best WC Attorney

Three years ago I was injured at my place of employment. I was referred to Peter and from the first moment I met Peter and his entire staff I knew I was in good hands. Being that I had never been injured before and felt my life was over, Peter spent several hours explaining the process to me and ha...d my best interest at hand. The entire step of the way Peter and his staff walked me through each step of my case. Peter also helped get the best Dr.'s to see me and helped get me on the road to recovery. Peter operates with the highest integrity and works very hard for you. I can't say enough nice things about Peter Schaffer and his full team. They truly cared about me and made sure I was ok. When we were in the settlement phases Peter continued to work hard to make sure I was taken care of. If you want an attorney who truly goes to bat for his clients and really cares you should hire Peter. Thank you again Peter and team!!

Honest and works hard for you

I hired Mr Schaeffer after reading his stellar reviews here on this site. He invited me to his office to talk about my case and made sure I knew everything I needed to get started. I was nervous but he immediately put me at ease, made me laugh, and assured me that even though I wasn't a "big ticket" ...case he would do everything in his power to get me all I deserved. He never made me feel like I was just a paycheck to him, more like a friend. I could always email him and get an answer directly from him. If I called his office, even if he was busy his group of assistants were always available to answer any questions and concerns I had. It was a scary couple months because I was afraid of the outcome but he assured me that it would all work out in my favor, and it DID! I would recommend him to anyone who wants a confident, experienced lawyer who talks to you like a person and not just a case number. Thank you so much !!!

I am very happy I selected the legal services of the law office of Peter Schaeffer. Dr. Peter Schaeffer is the Very Best

Dr. Peter Schaeffer has proven to be my best choice as a workers’ compensation attorney. I searched around, and I kept coming back to him, and as a result, he has proven his excellence in many important ways. I chose him because I could tell from the very first consultation visit that he is well-sp...oken, well-informed about California’s Workers Compensation Laws and because of his apparent passion for his clientele’s best interests. My case was finished in only one year and nine months. Within that time, because of Dr. Schaeffer, I received disability benefits and the best medical services that are available in the Coachella Valley for my types of injuries to the spine and shoulders. My case was a particularly difficult one because of my status as an adjunct professor. Dr. Schaeffer didn’t let that get in his way because he knew that California Workers Comp laws apply to everyone who is legally employed by a business or organization. One thing that I truly appreciated about him is that he kept me informed throughout the entire process. If I had questions, all I had to do is email him, and he would answer my questions in a timely fashion. He’s honest, and he follows the law to the dime. I was particularly impressed by his oratory skills in front of the judge during our expedited trials. He was polite, ethical, well-spoken, honest, and yet, he was assertive. His team is equally as impressive as Dr. Schaeffer; they truly represent his compassion and professionalism. Furthermore, underneath all of that professionalism, he’s exceptionally kind and thoughtful of others.
