I trust Aaron and will continue to recommend Aaron to my family and friends. Filing a CH. 13 is more complex compared to filing a CH. 7 petition. Pay...ing attention to detail is extremely important when filing a CH. 13 Bankruptcy. I was not aware how meticulous a Chapter 13 case must be before the trustee and court can “LEGALLY” confirm and approve an individual’s payment plan and because it’s legal I feel protected. I had recently divorced and because I was surviving on one source of income my goal was to file my CH. 13 pro-per representing myself. I hired a paralegal to prepare my CH. 13 bankruptcy petition for a low fee but I actually filed my paperwork a year later because I was afraid to start the bankruptcy process. Although information from my petition had changed since then I received a wage garnishment which motivated me to file immediately to stop the withholding. My case was disorganized and a mess… I also discovered that the paralegal I had hired from Northern California was injunction-ed at the 341 creditors meeting and I was unable to get confirmed as a result. The trustee advised me to hire an attorney. Aaron amended my case plan, corrected discrepancies and appeared in court to challenge 2 objection to confirmation hearings filed by my auto lender's attorney and the trustee. Aaron responded to all my questions, concerns and communications via email and/or voice mail. Aaron never filed amendments etc. until I reviewed the changes that were made and provided feedback with my approval. I understand NOW how essential Aaron is to have as an advocate because without him my livelihood would have been negatively impacted. Although I have some law school under my belt I currently work in the medical field and had I continued to represent myself I would have discovered the hard way just how intricate the world of bankruptcy is when your money MATTERS.
